
As MIRA approaches 15 years of service excellence, it launches its third strategic plan to drive continued growth and adaptability. MIRA starts this journey towards such a milestone by significantly revamping MIRA's strategic goals for the next 4 years while also re-positioning the organization as a facilitator. The major highlight of the new strategic plan for the next 4 years is the use of Objectives and Key Results (OKR) in monitoring strategic objectives which improves performance, drives change, and creates better alignment through constant adaptation, tracking and re-evaluation.

The development of this plan was a collaborative effort, guided by extensive stakeholder engagement where MIRA sought and received valuable feedback from its staff, government bodies, industry leaders and other stakeholders. MIRA also carefully considered these perspectives to ensure the plan reflects its collective commitment to serving the nation and aligning with the initiative “Gulhigen MIRA”, which translates to “Together with MIRA” launched in order build trust, foster voluntary compliance.
