CATA has developed its Strategic Plan 2022-2025. The plan, which was created with consultation of a sub-group of the CATA Management Committee and wider membership, identifies four strategic priorities and four crosscutting themes (shown below) which represent issues that touch on all aspects of CATA’s work and are priorities for members.
Strategic priorities:
Digitalisation and digital transformation - Improved ability to capitalise on digital technology for tax administration
Innovative compliance approaches - Broadened tax base supported by strategic approaches to customer groups
Modernised and responsive organisations - Modernised and future thinking tax administrations
Global tax environment - Stronger understanding of and engagement with global tax standards

Climate
The plan comes into effect on 1st July 2022.
